What is the recommended daily allowance of "The Good Stuff"?Updated a month ago

The Good Stuff was designed to supplement an active lifestyle, when active our body burns fuel for energy and activates our metabolism. The recommended amount of Good Stuff is one scoop per 8oz of coffee. The synergistic blend of ingredients is designed to work with the caffeine in coffee to create an alert but calming effect.

The Good Stuff can be added to any liquid as the ingredients have tremendous benefits, however due to the natural amino acid L-theanine which is derived from green tea, it creates a calming effect. We would recommend no more than two scoops of The Good Stuff over a four-hour period unless you are dealing with anxiety as the L-theanine does promote relaxation.
