Rewards 1 through 3 are automatically added to your next subscription order when you hit the qualifying punch count.
Reward 4, the $50 Anniversary Discount, is redeemed manually, so you can choose what subscription order to apply it to. You will receive an email with the code inside, notifying you when you've earned it.
