Why does the price on the website look different from what I see in my Subscriber Portal?
The website reflects current pricing for new purchases. As an existing subscriber, your pricing is tied to the items selected in your original subscription, not the current website price.
Will my subscription price change?
If your subscription was active before March 17th, 2026, your pricing for the originally selected items stays exactly as it is. Your current product and price are locked in as long as your selections remain the same.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
If you cancel, any new subscription you start will be subject to the pricing and discounts available at that time. Your locked-in pricing is tied to your active subscription.
Can I still temporarily pause my subscription?
If you temporarily pause your subscription, your original subscriber pricing will remain the same once your subscription automatically resumes shipments.
