I can't log-in to my subscription portal. Help!Updated 12 days ago
We're sorry to hear you’re having trouble logging in! Please follow these steps to login to your subscription portal:
Start by going to this login page: https://forwellness.com/apps/retextion#/shop/subscriptions
Enter the email used to place your subscription order. A code will be sent to your email address to verify it is you.
Enter the unique code sent to your email. If you can’t locate the email, please check your spam folder.
Once you enter your code, you should be logged in to your subscription page! You’ll see all of your subscriptions listed at the top of the page, if you have multiple.
If you are logged in and do not see your subscription, please try the following:
You may be logged into your general Order History portal instead of the subscription portal. At the top of your page, click “Manage Subscriptions” and then click the button in the top right labeled “Manage Subscriptions” to access your subscriptions.
You may be logged in under a different email address than the one used to place your current subscription.
If you are attempting to login and are not receiving the code, please check for any typos entered in your email address, or check if you used a different email to purchase.
