To join the referral program, fill out this form here to get started. After you fill out the form, click “Access Dashboard” to complete your referral account setup and choose a payment method for your commission.

Once you have completed setup, you can share your unique code link with friends, and they will receive $30 off their first For Wellness order. When your friend places a first-time order with your code, you will receive a $30 store credit within 7 days of an eligible purchase!
