Easy! Follow these below steps to get qualified to reimburse your purchase:

1. Take the 2-minute evaluation to find out if you’re eligible: https://app.truemed.com/qualify/tm_qual_2no3d59jib

2. If eligible, Truemed will email you a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN). Truemed will send instructions to get reimbursed and their customer support team will be available to assist.

3. Purchase For Wellness products with your regular credit/debit card

4. Submit the receipts for your order and all future For Wellness orders with your LMN to your HSA/FSA provider for reimbursement.
